Cancellation policy You can cancel for free until 21 days before arrival. If you cancel within 21 days of arrival, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the total price. In case of no show, you will be charged the full amount of the reservation. If you leave one day earlier of your initial check out date, then you will be charged in addition to the amount of one night (room charges and taxes), as a cancellation fee. In an emergency departure, (more than one day earlier of your departure date), you will be charged in addition to the amount of 50% of the remaining room charges and taxes for the number of nights canceled, as cancellation fees.
Payment Policy To ensure your reservation, it is necessary a deposit in a bank account, upon request.
